Instructions for use:
1. Wash hands with soap and water. Dry thoroughly.
2. Select fingertip site, slightly off-center.
3. Remove lancet cover.
4. Insert lancet into lancing device; use to puncture skin.
5. Apply drop of blood to test stip; wipe excess from finger.
6. Recap lancet; discard in appropriate container.

Do not reuse lancets.
Do not store in Lancing Devices.
