Each tablet supplies genuine certified organic GTF Chromium complex supplying 200mcg of organic trivalent chromium. The chromium is biologically formed and organically bound into brewers yeast cells. The chromium is assimilated by the yeast and thus formed in the same manner as the natural amounts of chromium which occurs naturally in brewers yeast.

Directions: For adults, other than pregnant or lactating women, take one (1) tablet daily as a dietary supplement.

Diabetics: Use only under a physician's supervision.
