Q-Sorb Coenzyme Q-10 supports heart health.* As an antioxidant, it plays a role in neutralizing harmful free radicals that can contribute to oxidative stress, which in turn may contribute to the premature aging of cells.* It also plays a role in the body's production of energy.*

Directions
For adults, take one (1) softgel two times daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
