Uses
Iron is a necessary component of hemoglobin, the oxygen carrier in the blood, and is also important for energy utilization.* Gentle Iron contains Iron Bis-Glycinate, a well-tolerated form of Iron that is gentle to your system.*

Directions
For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Iron and other minerals can affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers and follow their advice.

Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Do not exceed recommended dose. Excessive intake may cause adverse reactions.
