Uses
Provides iron, zinc, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidant vitamin C.

Directions
High Potency (adult) dose: 2 tablets taken daily, at mealtime. Sustaining (adult) dose: 1 tablet taken daily at any 1 mealtime. Children's (6 to 12 years) dose: 1 tablet daily at any 1 mealtime. May be taken regularly according to directions to provide more than adequate intake of iron, zinc, vitamin C, and certain important B-vitamins and minerals.

Warnings
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
