Uses
Red Yeast Rice has been a staple food of the traditional Chinese diet for centuries. Valued as a main food source, as well as for other uses, Chinese Red Yeast Rice can be a healthy addition to your diet. Two capsules contain 1,200 milligrams of Chinese Red Yeast Rice derived from an extract of the Chinese botanical Monascus purpureus. Guaranteed free of: wheat, gluten, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium (less than 5 mg per serving).

Directions
For adults, take two (2) capsules once or twice daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed four (4) capsules in a 24-hour period.

Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, allergies or sensitivities to yeast or medications; kidney or liver problems, or if you are taking niacin or ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS, including cholesterol-lowering drugs.
