Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, please call our customer
service department toll-free at 1-800-898-8570 or e-mail
us at orders@hocks.com. If the order has not yet been
shipped, you will be given 100% credit for the entire order from insulin syringes to vitamin and mineral supplements.

If your order has already been shipped, and you decide to
cancel the order, you can refuse the package or return
it for a full refund of the merchandise, you will however
be required to pay the shipping charges that we incurred.

To return your order, simply reseal the original shipping box
and contact customer service at (800) 898-8570
or by e-mail at orders@hocks.com We will work with you to
make arrangements for returning your order.

Please note that YOU are responsible for the cost of shipping
your return unless the error was made by us.
