Returns Policy


Please note you are responsible for all shipping charges in the event you refuse a package delivery or the address you provided is incorrect and the carrier returns the package to Hocks.com as undeliverable.

You will also be responsible for all shipping charges if the order qualifed for free shipping and you refuse the package or provided an incorrect address and the package was returned to Hocks.com as undeliverable. You will only be credited back the amount of the product cost less whatever shipping charges that were incurred by Hocks.com to ship you the order.

In the event that a package is returned because it was damaged by the carrier, you will not be responsible for the shipping charges if the package is returned to Hocks.com, nor will you be responsible for any shipping costs associated with re-shipping the order.


Your satisfaction is our primary goal. You may return any item
shipped by Hocks.com for a full credit or refund for up to
30 days from the date of delivery.
The Item should be in new
condition with original packaging. We're sorry, but we DO NOT
ACCEPT RETURNS OF OPENED ITEMS.
Items returned in new
condition with original packaging more than 30 days after
delivery will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee
regardless
of reason for return. If you open or use the product
we cannot take the product back for credit. If you do ship the product back, it will be destroyed and no credit will be issued
!!


Please report any damages, shortages or discrepancies
within 7 days of delivery of your order
by calling Customer
Service at 1-800-898-8570 or by e-mailing us at
questions@hocks.com

To return items that you don't want or items that you ordered
incorrectly, simply reseal the original shipping box if possible.
Click Here and fill out a Return Authorization Form. You are
responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. Once your
return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within
14 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

Please note: If your return is not the result of our error, you are
responsible for shipping costs associated with your return. If the
return is due to an error on our part, we will send you a return
label to send the product back to us.

There are NO RETURNS of clearance items, manufacturer
discontinued items or items that no longer appear on our website.
