When you make an online purchase and create an account, you will automatically be enrolled in our Hocks Points Rewards Program

With our rewards program you earn points which can be redeemed on future purchases. You will receive 1 point for every dollar spent. For every 50 points you earn, you get a $1.00 credit. There are no records to keep or invoices to save. We will keep track of your points for you, so the next time you buy nicotine lozenges or anti-aging skin care your points will accumulate automatically.

It's easy to redeem your points. When you login to your account, it will automatically display how many points you have and what the redemption value is. Then at the time of check out, you will be asked if you want to redeem your points for this order. If you say yes, the points you have accumulated will be deducted from your invoice. It's that Easy!

You will be automatically be enrolled in the program when you place an online order with Hocks.com.

Points can be redeemed for any Hocks.com online purchases. Points will accumulate for ALL online purchases

Hocks.com Points are credited to the account that you log into at the time you made the eligible purchases. Hocks.com Points accrued in multiple accounts cannot be combined

Hocks.com Points are based on our electronic records. If a customer feels an eligible purchase was not accounted for, it can be researched and verified by a hocks.com customer service representative. Please allow 48 hours for a response.

Hocks.com reserves the right to reverse a credit of Hocks.com Points in the event of a cancelled, returned, or otherwise undeliverable order
