Cold Packs

Uses
Use for bruises, bumps, cuts, scrapes, swelling, muscle aches, sprains, headaches, toothaches, insect bites and more! Two reusable 'ice it' cold packs slip into soft cotton-backed pockets. Position on desired area and secure with convenient hook-and-loop closure or adjustable strap. Deluxe wrap absorbs moisture while allowing maximum cold to reach the affected area. Model 540 covers 6 inche x 18 inch area.

Directions
Remove 'ice it' pack from deluxe wrap and keep stored in freezer so it's ready to use! Application: No need to wrap frozen cold packs in a towel. Simply remove 'ice it' packs from the freezer and insert directly into the deluxe wrap. Position over affected area and secure with the sewn-in hook-and-loop closure, or use the adjustable, detachable strap to secure 'ice it' over larger areas. Packs stay in position, icing your injury, while allowing you to move about comfortably. Soft gel insert remains pliable and molds to the area of application. Application of cold packs should not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Allow 20 minutes beween applications. We recommend swollen areas (leg, arm, etc.) be elevated when applying cold therapy. Use cold packs during the first 48 hours of injury to reduce pain and swelling. Model 540 covers 6 inch x 18 inch area.

Warnings
Persons with circulatory problems should consult their physician before using any cold pack. Limit applications to 20-minute intervals to avoid skin damage. If pain and swelling persist after icing, consult your physician.
