Uses

Provides therapy for pain from arthritis, sore muscles, backache, bursitis, body aches, leg cramps.

Directions

Apply generously to painful muscles and joints, gently massage until Icy Hot disappears. Repeat as necessary for temporary relief of minor arthritis pain, sore muscles, bursitis, tendonitis, simple backache, strains, sprains, bruises and cramps.

Warnings

For external use only. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not swallow. If swallowed, call a physician or contact a poison control center immediately. Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes, broken or irritated skin. Do not bandage tightly or use a heating pad. If skin redness or irritation develops, or pain lasts for more than 10 days, discontinue use and call a physician.
