Konsyl generally produces bowel movement in 12 to 72 hours. Directions: 1. Put one rounded teaspoonful into an empty glass. Add 8oz. of cool water or your favorite beverage.2. Stir briskly for 3-5 seconds.3. Drink promptly. If mixture thickens, add more liquid and stir. Follow with additional liquid to aid product action.Adults and children 12 years of age and over: One teaspoonful 1 to 3 times daily, before or after meals, or as directed by a doctor. Warnings: Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present unless directed by a doctor.
