Directions
As you chart your daily temperature upon waking in the morning, you will see a pattern develop during each monthly cycle. A slight but consistent rise in temperature generally indicates that ovulation has occurred. Additional information and tracking charts are enclosed. Grasp top of thermometer and shake with snapping motion of the wrist until below 97 degrees F. Place under tongue for 3 minutes. Place in magnified case for easier viewing. Before storing, clean with a cotton ball or gauze saturated with isopropyl alcohol.
