Uses
SelfGrip helps athletes perform at their best by providing firm compression and maximum support to ligaments, tendons and muscles. The unique 98% cotton and 2% latex woven technology allows SelfGrip to adhere to itself without the use of pins or clips, and without sticking to hair or skin. It tears easily, and is reusable. Directions
For maximum comfort the following bandage widths are recommended: Finger, wrist: 1 or 2 inches. Ankle, foot, elbow: 2 or 3 inches. Knee, leg: 3 or 4 inches. Minimum unstretched length 66 inches/1.68 m. Approximate stretch length is 140 inches/3.56 m.
