Uses
Iron is a necessary component of hemoglobin, the oxygen carrier in the blood and is also important for energy utilization.* Ferrous Gluconate contains the iron your body needs each day for optimal functioning.*

Directions
For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Warnings
Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Consult doctor before use if you have a family history of iron overload or iron-loading anemia, or if you are taking ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, including constipation. This product is not recommended for long-term use. NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. KEEP THIS PRODUCT OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
