Uses
Vitamin A is an essential nutrient that helps maintain the health of eyes, skin, bones, and teeth.* Vitamin A is also good for the immune system.*

Directions
For adults: take one (1) softgel daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.

Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Avoid this product if you are allergic to fish. Do not exceed recommended dose. Excessive intake may cause adverse reactions.
