Uses
As a water-soluble nutrient, Vitamin C helps fight the cell-damaging free radicals that can lead to oxidative stress and the premature aging of cells.* Vitamin C also promotes immune system health.*

Directions
For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
