Directions

Knead end of packet to ensure gel saturates swab.
Tear open packet at dotted line and remove swab.
Apply gel inside of first nostril. Do not insert swab deeply enough to enter the sinus cavity.
Remoisten swab in packet and apply gel inside second nostril. Discard packet and swab after use.
