Uses
Stops or reduces symptoms of non apneic snoring. **This product contains no Ephedrine or Pseudoephedrine. 4x is equal to one part per ten thousand. 6x is equal to one part per million. 12x is equal to one part per trillion.

Directions
Children over 5 years of age and adults under 180 lbs.: Chew or suck 1 tablet while lying in bed. When improvement is noticed, you may start using every other night until no longer needed. Adults over 180 lbs.: Chew or suck 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime and repeat at bedtime. When improvement is noticed, you may start using every other night until no longer needed.

Warnings
Use only as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on children under 5 years of age. Pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional. This product does not treat sleep apnea. For sleep apnea, consult with a specialist. If symptoms worsen, consult a health professional.
