Uses:
For the temporary relief of

Drug Interaction Precautions:
Although Naproxen Sodium is indicated for the same conditions as aspirin, ibuprofen and acetaminophen, it should not be taken with them or other naproxen containing products except under a doctor's direction.
Warnings:
General Warnings: Do not take Naproxen Sodium tablets for more than 10 days for pain, or for more than 3 days for fever, unless directed by a doctor.
Consult a doctor if:
your pain or fever persists or gets worse
the painful area is red or swollen
you take any other drugs on a regular basis
you have any new or unusual symptoms
more than mild heartburn, upset stomach, or stomach pain occurs with use of this product or if even mild symptoms persist.
Allergy Alert: naproxen sodium may cause a severe allergic reaction, especially in people allergic to aspirin. Symptoms may include:
hives
asthma (wheezing)
skin reddening
facial swelling shock
rash
blisters
If an allergic reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away
Stomach Bleeding Warning: This product contains a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which may cause stomach bleeding.
This chance is higher if you:
are age 60 or older
have had stomach ulcers or bleeding problems
take a blood thinning (anticoagulant) or steroid drug
take other drugs containing an NSAAID (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or others)
have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product
take more or for a longer time than directed
Do not use:
If you have ever had an allergic reaction to any other pain reliever/fever reducer
right before or after heart surgery
Ask a doctor before use if you have
problems or serious side effects from take pain relievers or fever reducers
stomach problems that last or come back, such as heartburn, upset stomach, or stomach pain
ulcers
high blood pressure
taken a diuretic
bleeding problems
heart or kidney disease
reached age 60 or older
When using this product
take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs
long term continuous use may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke
Stop use and ask a doctor if
you feel faint, vomit, or have bloody or black stools. These are signs of stomach bleeding.
pain gets worse or lasts more than 10 days
fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days
you have difficulty swallowing
it feel like the pill is stuck in your throat
you develop heartburn
stomach pain or upset gets worse or lasts
redness or swelling is in the painful area
any new symptoms appear
As with any drug, If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. It is especially important not to use naproxen sodium during the last 3 months of pregnancy unless specifically directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery.
Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately.
