You Have: Shoes that slip and rub your heels. You Want: Improved shoe fit for better comfort. You Need: Dr. Scholl's Heel Liners. Helps prevent blisters: Keeps heel of shoe from rubbing against skin. Great for breaking in new shoes: Conforms to heel area for added comfort. Casual shoes, dress shoes.

Directions
PEEL ADHESIVE BACKING OFF OF HEEL LINER - PRODUCT WILL NOT BE EFFECTIVE WITHOUT AN ADHESIVE APPLICATION. Position heel liner against back of shoe so that the heel liner sides slope downward. Ensure product is placed in a comfortable position. Adhesive will permanently set after 15 minutes.
