Absorbency:
All tampons are designated by absorbency. The absorbency ratings are standard amoung all manufactures so you can compare them among brands. All Super Plus Absorbency Tampons absorb the same amount (12-15 grams). To reduce your risk of geting menstrual TSS, select the lowest absorbency to meet your needs.

Regular: Light flow, 6-9g
Super: Moderate flow, 9-12g
Super Plus: Heavy flow, 12-15g
Ultra: Very Heavy flow, 15-18g

Use for 8 hours maximum
