With regular use, Crest Whitening Rinse: Safely whitens teeth by removing surface stains. Protects against stains. Kills bad breath germs. Alcohol free.
Directions
Adults and children twelve years and older: Rinse for 60 seconds with 15 mL (1/2 fluid ounce or 3 teaspoonfuls) morning and night. Do not swallow. Children under twelve years of age do not use.
