Directions:
With the waffle side facing downward, position each cushion in the heel area of your footwear. Step into each shoe, making sure you maintain the position of each cushion as you put on the footwear. Reposition cushions as needed.


Care:
Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Press with a towel to remove excess moisture. Air dry completely before reuse.
