$3.00 Flat Rate Shipping Nationwide

All orders ship from our state-of-the-art warehouse in Florence, KY. We offer $3.00 Flat Rate Shipping via US Postal Service for all orders less than $59. Please note that flat rate shipping orders do not come with a tracking number. For customers who require a tracking number, we ship via UPS as well. We ship orders Monday through Friday. We only ship to valid addresses within the United States and US Territories.

• Orders over $59 are eligible for free standard shipping (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories).
• Orders over 10lbs are not eligible for expedited shipping (Next Day or 2nd Day Air).

Customers may also select from one of four other shipping options:

Shipping with Signature Confirmation is available for an extra $3.95 per order.
Shipping with a Tracking Number via UPS Ground is available.
2-Day shipping via UPS (no shipping or delivery on Saturdays and Sundays) up to 10 pounds.
Next Day shipping via UPS (no shipping or delivery on Saturdays and Sundays) up to 10 pounds.

For insulin and other refrigerated drugs, we ship via UPS Next Day Air which is already included in the price. We ship insulin and other refrigerated drugs Monday - Thursday to ensure timely, temperature controlled delivery. Insulin and other refrigerated drug orders are shipped the same day received 9am - 2pm Eastern, provided we first have a valid, verified prescription on file as applicable.

For all other orders, you can expect the following shipping times:

Standard Shipping, Signature Confirmation, and Tracking Number via UPS delivery options (Standard Ground) - at least 1 business day for processing + 1 to 8 business days depending on your location.
2-Day Shipping - At least 1 business day for processing + 2 business days.
Next Day Shipping - At least 1 business day for processing + 1 business day.

DOT restrictions on air shipping

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap.

Restricted items include:

Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray, shaving cream and inhalers.Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as fragrances, nail polish remover and bunion treatments. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we also want to do it safely and responsibly, in compliance with DOT rules. That's why we require ground only delivery for orders that contain DOT restricted products.

Hocks.com does not ship DOT restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska or APO/FPO addresses.
